Our profesional team works with architects, engineers, contractors and building owners and managers with the design and construction phases of projects. We provide assistance with comissioning, energy efficiency projects and the U.S. Green Building Council's LEED certification process.

HP-Conway: Conway, Arkansas
This facility will be a 150,000 gross sq. ft., two-story, office building in Conway, Arkansas that will support the Hewlett-Packard customer service operations. HP, ranked No. 14 among the nation's Fortune 500 companies, is among the world's largest IT companies. Eventually this $28 million, 180-acre office and technology park called the"Meadows," will employee 1,200 people.

Bix Enterprises; National Wallcoverings: Maumelle, Arkansas
The Bix Enterprises facility is a 76,250 gross sq. ft., two-story, office/warehouse building in Maumelle, Arkansas that supports administration and distribution services.
Status: Expected LEED-Existing Buildings Cerfitication: Under rennovation.

Garver Engineers New Office Project: North Little Rock, Arkansas
This 33,000 sq. ft., three-story building in Little Rock, Arkansas will be the new corporate office for Garver Engineers. The project is currently in the construction stage. The expected completetion date is scheduled for the fall of 2009.
Status: Expected LEED-New Construction: Under Construction.

Southern Thunder Harley Davidson: Southaven, Mississippi
This proposed facility is approximately 64,000 gross sq. ft., and will serve as the primary showroom and retail center for Southern Thunder Harley Davidson operations. This project is currently registered to achieve the "Certified" certification for LEED-New Construction.
Status: Expected LEED-New Construction: Under Construction.

Vertical Modern Urban Lofts
These luxury, ultra-modern homes offer many eco friendly amenities such as high efficiency heat and air, tankless water heaters and bamboo wood floors. These 100% Energy Star approved homes are located in Downtown Little Rock. This project is currently registered to achieve the Silver certification for LEED-Homes for its first phase homes. This will be the first residential facility project in Arkansas to achieve a LEED certification.
Status: Expected Platinum LEED-Homes Platinum. First phase home move-in ready. Second phase, under construction.

City Grove Homes
The project is designed for 57 total units, each approximately 1,500 square feet. The units feature an environmental design, enclosed garages and balconies. The project is also within walking distance of Alltel Arena, Dickey Stephens Park, the Arkansas River Trail and area restaurants, and is located across the street from Central Arkansas Transit’s trolley system. City Grove is expected to achieve LEED- Platinum Neighborhood Development and LEED-Homes Gold certifications.
Status: Expecting LEED-Neighborhood Development Silver and LEED-Homes Gold Certifications: Available/Open

Twin Creeks Village Development
The project consists of multiple building in a commercial complex for office, retail and restaurants. The base project consists of a separate 10,000 sq. ft. single story office building with the project total area over 24,000 sq. ft. The office building is part of a commercial shell development with tenet finish-out, including mechanical and interior electrical.
Status: Expecting LEED-Core and Shell Certification: Under Construction
