Philander Smith College commissioned the design and construction of a new 60 bed, three story, 19,770 square foot dormitory registered to achieve LEED certification. In order to continue to meet their ever-expanding student enrollment, this is the first of four similar buildings to be constructed over the next 5-7 years.
