BCD EmPowerment Center

This state-of-the art 22,000 square foot facility will be equipped with supportive housing, office space, conference and classrooms for state-licensed treatment, prevention and intervention programs. This environmentally friendly center will also provide life skills and career training, technology training, community programs and many other skills which will empower individuals, improve lives and continue the BCD commitment to the community.
